Campaign Contribution Limits:

Individuals – The basic contribution limit for individuals is $5,000.00 per election.

Law Firms - There is a $5,000 per person contribution limit and a $30,000 aggregate limit on contributions from members of a law firm (including contributions by spouses and children).  Contribution limits are “per election.”  Partnership and professional corporation checks are allowable under the law. Political contributions are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.  Under the Judicial Campaign Finance Law, any lawyer or employee of a law firm is considered to be a “member” of that firm.  Also, a contribution by the spouse or minor child of an individual is attributed to the individual for purposes of contribution limits.

If you have any questions regarding contribution rules, please contact the campaign at 162nd@JudgePhyllisListerBrown.com.

How Your Contributions Will Be Used:

The campaign will use your contributions to reach voters.  In order to become the next Jurist for the 162ND Civil District your vote and contribution is needed.

Thank you for your support.
